Service Agreement
This manpower agency would request that both the company and the applicants sign a Foreign Employment Service Agreement to avoid any jurisdiction claims/disputes. This Agreement is in accordance with the laws of the source and employment countries. IHRHS provides the following professional services to its local and overseas companies and manpower recruitment agencies in the area of human capital recruitment:
- Relevant resumes are made available
- Candidates resumes are sent to companies upon request.
- Design and placement of advertisements in major newspapers.
- Interviews are being scheduled for applicants.
- Make the interview process as simple as possible.
- Candidate acceptance and selection
- Trade Testing and security endorsement
- Certificate verification and validation
- Certified Medical Practitioners conduct medical checks.
- Visa assistance from specific diplomatic missions
- Passenger ticketing and reservation
- Meeting and orientation prior to departure.
- Training and development

Our guidance for candidates includes classroom lectures, role-playing, a work list, and tasks and procedures.
